Indigo Yoga School offers a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Murfreesboro, Tennessee led by Jennifer Craze, E-RYT 500 and Kim Dunaway, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500.

Our teacher training is nine months long to ensure that teacher trainees are properly rooted in the Yoga Alliance educational categories: Yoga Techniques & Training, Yoga Philosophy, Teaching Methodology, and Anatomy & Physiology. This training is appropriate for both aspiring yoga teachers and individuals who want expand both their knowledge of yoga and for personal growth.
